Conditions for Holaluz' «la luz amiga» campaign
The «Luz Amiga» campaign is an action that we launched at Holaluz to reward our current electricity customers who recommend the company to people around them who are not yet Holaluz customers.
Who can participate?
The participants in the «Luz Amiga» campaign are as follows:
- "Existing Customer": an individual or business that has contracted electricity supply with Holaluz at least once.
- "New Customer": is that natural or legal person who has not contracted any electricity supply with Holaluz during the last 12 months, and who contracts with Holaluz a supply that is not registered with Holaluz, on the recommendation of an existing customer.
How does the campaign work and what are the rules?
CLIDOM Energy (Holaluz) gives an alphanumeric code to each of the One Price- and Two Prices-rate customers with contracted power less than 15kW, as long as it does not come from a representative (hereinafter, existing customer).
For each new customer that contracts with Holaluz and enters the aforementioned code into the appropriate area, Holaluz will transfer €20 (VAT included) to the accounts of both the existing customer and the new customer. We promise that we will make the transfer between the 15th and the 20th of the month in which the new customer pays their first bill (if the 20th is a holiday, we'll make the transfer on the next business day; we too like to rest every now and then). The €20 amount may be changed at any time via a clear notice on the Holaluz website.
The €20 payment to the current and new customers has only one condition: the registration of the supply by the new customer. If, for any reason, the new customer does not end up registering at Holaluz, the two would be obligated to return the €20 to Holaluz, whether by bank transfer or allowing Holaluz to take back that money or charge it in an invoice.
Each new Holaluz customer may enter only one code from the «Luz Amiga» campaign.
If an existing customer wishes to register a second delivery point through their Customer Area, they cannot use their own code to get the €20 payment.
The campaign will be used solely for personal and non-commercial purposes and will be shared only with direct connections of Holaluz customers (i.e., acquaintances, friends, family, etc.); therefore, we reserve the right to remove the campaign code from customers who make abusive or fraudulent use thereof.
Each customer code for the «Luz Amiga» campaign may be used up to 15 times. And believe us, you'll need lots of friends and be very persuasive to do so ;)
Existing customers who have outstanding debts with Holaluz when the recommendation is made or when they are to receive the payment may not benefit from the campaign. It wouldn't be very fair if we made money off of you while we owed you something, right?
How do I participate?
We are very particular and do not accept any request that is sent by means other than what has been specifically enabled for that purpose by Holaluz.
At Holaluz, we withhold taxes as dictated by the law in place at all times. Furthermore, we will notify the Spanish Tax Agency, using Form 347, of the identity of any users whose operations surpass the amount legally determined within a single fiscal year.
End of the story
We may suspend or terminate the «Luz Amiga» campaign at any time and without justification. Yes, it's the old "because I say so and point" that our parents used to say ;). In any case, rest assured that we'll let you know about any changes to the terms and conditions through our website, as is right and good. The termination, suspension or modification will be effective upon its publication on the website.
Which jurisdiction applies?
The ordinary courts of Barcelona will be used to resolve any disagreements or misunderstandings in the application of this campaign.
