What responsibilities would you have?

  • Managing emails and calls from our customers.

  • Providing information and resolving incidents, always for our customers.

  • Monitoring the type of queries and claims in order to detect and remedy problems from their origin.

  • Constant collaboration with the rest of the team. Any candidate is expected to provide ideas to and critical (constructive) thinking with their co-workers.

What are the objectives?

  • Total control over the monitoring and resolution of customers' calls and emails.

  • Obtain more information and training about the sector.

  • Collaborate and contribute ideas to improve team organization.

  • Soak up our philosophy of continuous improvement. Our goal is to improve all existing processes and automate them.

What are our requirements?

  • Knowledge of office suites and other user-level spreadsheets.

  • Knowledge of languages (mandatory high level, both spoken and written, of Catalan and Spanish).

What skills do we look for?

  • University studies.

  • Experience in the electric and gas sector.
