What is the pre-bill?

It's a notice about your bill. At the end of each month we'll send you an e-mail with your monthly usage and the amount that you will be charged. That way you can check that everything is correct. If it's not correct, send us your real reading through your client area or our HolaLuz.com app (available for iOS and Android)
