What is the Last Resort Rate (TUR)?

The Last Resort Rate (TUR) electricity was determined by the Government of Spain and it set the price of electricity. This was a rate which was revised every 3 months and which was applied, through a Marketer of Last Resort (CUR), to consumers with less than 10Kw of contracted power.
