How can I change the power or electricity rate when signing up for Holaluz?

When filling in our registration form, or at any time you can:

  • Increase or reduce your current power
  • Change a rate with time-based rate to a normal rate (and vice versa)
  • Change the rate when changing the contracted power

In Holaluz we always recommend that you cut your contracted power to the greatest extent possible to achieve more savings on your bill, but if you need to increase it, you must consult the maximum power that your installation can support on the electricity inspection bulletin.

You should know that we won't charge you anything for these changes, but the distributor will (they will do so through your first bill with Holaluz, starting from when you make the change). We'll detail the costs for you here.
